HomeSafe Generators & Electrical
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of homesafetx.com and describe the terms on which we provide estimates, installation, service and electrical work. By using this website or requesting services from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
This website is operated by Texxas Power Home Services LLC, which trades as HomeSafe Generators & Electrical for residential work and as Texxas Power for commercial work. References to "we," "us" and "our" mean that company.
We hold Texas Electrical Contractor License #41809, issued and regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to extract data from it in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers.
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free. Specifications, model availability, promotional offers and pricing information may change without notice.
Any figure given by phone, email or through this website before a site visit is an estimate only. A binding price requires an on-site assessment and is provided in a written quotation.
Written quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Where no period is stated, they are valid for 30 days. A quotation may be revised if conditions found during the work differ materially from those identified at the site visit, including but not limited to concealed wiring, panel capacity, gas supply, or structural conditions not visible at assessment.
Site visits and estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation unless we tell you otherwise in writing before the visit.
Installation and service dates are scheduled in good faith but may be affected by weather, utility coordination, permit timelines, inspection availability and equipment supply. We will keep you informed of any change.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and to the areas where work is to be carried out, and to advise us of any known hazards, concealed services or site conditions relevant to the work.
Where the work requires a permit, we pull the permit and arrange inspection unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing. Permit and inspection fees are charged at cost unless included in your written quotation.
Permitting requirements, review times and inspection sequences vary by jurisdiction and are set by the relevant authority, not by us. Utility coordination, including any interconnection or metering requirements, is subject to the utility's own processes and timelines.
Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by us. Generator and component warranties, their duration, their terms and any registration or maintenance conditions attached to them are set by the manufacturer. We will explain the applicable warranty and register your equipment where the manufacturer requires it.
Our own workmanship is warranted separately. The terms and duration of that workmanship warranty are set out in your written quotation or service agreement.
Manufacturer warranties may be reduced or voided by failure to carry out required maintenance, by modification or repair performed by others, or by operating conditions outside the manufacturer's specification.
Payment terms, including any deposit, progress payments and final balance, are set out in your written quotation or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, the final balance is due on completion of the work.
Title to any equipment supplied remains with us until payment is received in full. Risk passes to you on installation.
You may have a statutory right to cancel certain contracts signed at your home within a set period under Texas and federal law. Where that right applies, it will be stated in your written agreement together with the applicable period and how to exercise it.
Where equipment has been specially ordered for your installation, cancellation after ordering may incur restocking or supplier charges. We will tell you before ordering if this applies.
The content of this website, including text, images, layout, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with considering or receiving our services. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.
Manufacturer names, logos and product images are the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify the equipment we install and service.
This site may link to third-party websites, including manufacturers, financing providers and utilities. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.
The content of this website is provided for general information. It is not engineering advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for a site-specific assessment by a qualified person. Generator sizing, panel capacity, load calculations and code compliance depend on conditions at your property.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the work in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of business, loss of profit, spoilage, or loss arising from interruption of power supply.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, from your misuse of this website, or from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide to us about the property or the work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
